1. Definitions

Platform — Cryptogram.vip, including its website, mobile application(s), APIs, staking tools, blockchain integrations, and related services.
User or You — Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
Digital Assets — Cryptocurrencies, tokens, stablecoins, and other blockchain-based assets supported by the Platform.
Staking — Locking Digital Assets in smart contracts for a defined period to participate in profit-sharing or network validation activities.
Third-Party Infrastructure Providers — Licensed and certified external providers that power the Platform’s wallet and blockchain infrastructure.
Shariah Compliance — Operation in accordance with Islamic finance principles, including the avoidance of riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and haram (forbidden) activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Cryptogram.vip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity.
Users may not reside in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are prohibited.
Cryptogram.vip reserves the right to request full KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation at any time, in compliance with international standards.

4. Regulatory and Licensing Framework

5. Services Provided

Creation and management of digital wallets.
Sending, receiving, and storing supported Digital Assets.
Exchanging between supported cryptocurrencies via partner APIs.
Accessing staking programs (e.g., CirCaCoin Islamic Staking, USDT, BTC, BNB).
Utilizing blockchain analytics and smart-contract tools.

Services may evolve or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure and Certifications

Cryptogram.vip is not a direct cryptocurrency exchange. All custodial, node, and blockchain functions are facilitated through globally recognized and certified third-party partners:

BitGo.com — Licensed U.S. Trust Charter, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27001 certified digital asset custodian.
Chainstack.com — ISO 27001 certified blockchain infrastructure provider ensuring secure and compliant node hosting.
Moralis.com — ISO 27001 certified Web3 API platform enabling decentralized app connectivity and wallet functions.

These third-party providers manage technical execution, wallet infrastructure, and blockchain interactions. Cryptogram.vip acts solely as an aggregated, non-custodial interface layer, providing Users with convenient access to compliant blockchain services.

7. AML / KYC Compliance

Cryptogram.vip adheres to strict AML and KYC standards to maintain transparency and prevent misuse.

Verification procedures include:

Government-issued ID verification.
Address verification via proof-of-residence.

All user data is handled under GDPR, Dubai Data Protection Law, and FCA AML Guidelines, using encrypted channels and privacy-by-design protocols.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and verification.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and wallet private keys.
Use the Platform in a lawful, ethical, and non-fraudulent manner.

Users must not:

Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any criminal activity.

9. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile; values may fluctuate significantly.
Government regulations may impact Platform availability or asset performance.
Cryptogram.vip is not a bank, financial adviser, or insurer.
Transactions are irreversible and may involve technological or security risks.
No profit or return is guaranteed. Users participate at their own risk.

10. Fees

Fees may apply for transactions, withdrawals, staking, or network operations. All applicable fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation and may change without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content—including software, trademarks, data, and design elements—is the property of Tokengram Investment Consultants FZCO. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Shariah Compliance

12.1 Principles

The Platform operates in alignment with Islamic finance principles, ensuring all financial activities exclude interest (riba), uncertainty (gharar), and non-permissible business categories (haram).

12.2 Profit-Sharing Model

Staking and yield-based programs, such as CirCaCoin Islamic Staking, follow Mudarabah or Musharakah structures—representing equitable profit-sharing, not interest-based returns.

12.3 Oversight

Shariah advisors may be consulted for audits or formal fatwas to verify compliance with Islamic ethical and financial frameworks.

13. Staking Terms

Supported Assets: CirCaCoin, USDT (ERC20/BEP20/TRC20), BTC, BNB, and others.
Durations: 30, 90, 180, or 365 days.
Returns: Vary based on plan and asset type (e.g., up to 51.71% APR for CirCaCoin Islamic Staking).
Lock-In Periods: Early withdrawal is not permitted except in extraordinary circumstances.
Execution: All staking operations are powered by audited smart contracts; Users accept inherent blockchain risks.

14. Force Majeure & Early Withdrawal

In the event of legal restrictions, system failure, or other force majeure events, Cryptogram.vip may, at its discretion, allow early withdrawal of principal (with partial or no returns).

15. Limitation of Liability

Cryptogram.vip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Direct liability is limited to the value of Digital Assets held or staked by the User at the time of claim.

16. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryptogram.vip, Tokengram Investment Consultants FZCO, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

17. Amendments

Cryptogram.vip may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified at least 15 days prior to enforcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be settled under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
